ServiceMaster Clean AAA Shortlisted for European Cleaning and Hygiene Awards 2025
Siva Kugathas has been shortlisted for Leader of the Year at the European Cleaning and Hygiene Award 2025.
After receiving a record number of entries this year, the finalists of the European Cleaning and Hygiene Awards 2025 have been shortlisted, including our very own Siva Kugathas from ServiceMaster Clean AAA.
Siva, who has already added significantly to his trophy cabinet this year, having been named the European Franchise Federation’s Franchisee of the Year last year, has been shortlisted for Leader of the Year.
As an inspired leader who always aims to lead from the front, Siva is always working to inspire the best in his team, whether through employee mentorship and bonus schemes, a group gym training programme or social events for his teams spread across his nineteen territories across the UK.
The winners will be announced during the annual gala dinner and awards ceremony. The venue this year is the iconic National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh, UK, offering guests an unforgettable evening of celebration in the heart of the Scottish capital.
