ServiceMaster Clean AAA Staff Recognised for Excellent Contributions to Business
ServiceMaster Clean AAA’s Anka Bober and Wendy Dutton have been awarded for their commitment to excellence with prestigious awards.
Two members of the team from ServiceMaster Clean AAA, Area Manager for Watford, Luton, Colchester and Ipswich, Anka Bober and Regional Manager for York and East Lancashire, Wendy Dutton, have taken home the coveted Employees’ Choice and Above and Beyond awards at the ServiceMaster Thrive in 2025 conference and gala evening.
Anka Boba – Employee’s Choice Winner
This is an extra special award, even amongst the many prestigious awards at the gala, as the winner was chosen and voted for by their colleagues, and so is decided by the people who know them the best.
In Anka, her colleagues recognised a drive to continually stand out for her outstanding performance, unwavering commitment, and constant support to those around her. She leads by example, offering help without hesitation, gets involved and brings positivity into every space she works in, and it was clear from the sheer volume of nominations she received just how valued Anka is by her team.
Anka, whose award came just in time to celebrate her birthday, says she was overwhelmed by the support from her peers.
“Oh wow, this is heavy, my hands are literally shaking,” she said, collecting the award.
“It means so much to have the appreciation of my colleagues, and without them, I would not be able to win this. It was my birthday yesterday, so I definitely will celebrate with my guys, and obviously, this means a lot, so I think the drinks will be on me tonight!”
Wendy Dutton – Above and Beyond Award Winner

Proving ever humble as she collected her award, Wendy extended her thanks to her team for allowing her to succeed:
“This is really nice, but I owe it to my team. My team make me who I am today. Without them, I’m nobody. I’m just another person living everyday life, so I am going to dedicate this to my team. It’s for them, not me. I know it’s my name on it, but I’m always there for them and the cleaners.”
“In particular, I’d like to thank Trina Brown, Sam Whittle, Julie Martin, and Ishma, who couldn’t be with us tonight. That’s who this goes to.”
