ServiceMaster By Deeland celebrated two team members who reached long-service milestones.

Belinda Randall received her 10-year service pin, and Jo Green received her 15-year pin. The awards were presented last week by Daria Biniek, the company’s Field Communal Manager.

The pins commemorate 25 years of combined service, offering an opportunity to recognise the individuals behind those years.

A decade or more with a single company signifies substantial time, dedication, and shared experiences. Long-standing colleagues play a vital role in the ServiceMaster By Deeland team.

As the business evolves, they bring valuable work knowledge, familiarity with colleagues, and an understanding of daily standards.

ServiceMaster by Deeland raises funds for Macmillan Cancer Support

ServiceMaster by Deeland has brought its team together for its annual fundraiser in support of Macmillan Cancer Support, raising money through a staff raffle.

This year, colleagues guessed how many sweets were in each jar for a chance to win prizes.

Each guess contributed to the total, and the company will also add an additional donation. The activity gave staff an easy way to get involved and support a cause important to many. It is a part of ServiceMaster by Deeland’s annual efforts to raise funds for this charity.

“Every year ServiceMaster by Deeland are happy to fundraise for Macmillan Cancer Support. And every year we aim to raise more for a worthy cause,” said Andre Gottemaker, ServiceMaster by Deeland Managing Director.

ServiceMaster by Deeland thanked everyone who took part and helped raise over £100. With the company’s additional contribution, the fundraiser will provide further support for Macmillan Cancer Support and the work it does for people living with cancer.

ServiceMaster by Deeland named Silver Winner at the Great British Business Awards

ServiceMaster by Deeland has been named a Silver Winner in the Business of the Year category at the national Great British Business Awards.

The team attended the ceremony last week for an evening of celebration and community fundraising. Hearing the business announced as a Silver Winner at the Great British Business Awards gave everyone a reason to celebrate together.

The Business of the Year category is open to established businesses across Great Britain, in any sector. It looks at how a business is positioned to grow, its understanding of the market and how it measures and manages its performance.

For ServiceMaster by Deeland, being recognised in such a broad category is an achievement to share across the team.

“We were delighted to be named as Silver Winners of Business of the Year,” said Andre Gottemaker, ServiceMaster by Deeland Managing Director.

While the team had hoped for Gold, they were pleased to receive national recognition and to share the evening with the other finalists and winners. The fundraising was another welcome part of the event.

“Despite not quite getting the Gold, we had a fantastic evening of celebration and fundraising for the community with everyone,” added Andre.
