Why does your company need to carry out a site survey?
A site survey permits us to identify your companies’ specific cleaning needs. Yes, we have and use time and motion data, but this alone can not fully satisfy site specific needs.

How do I know your company will provide what we are looking for?
By gaining an understanding of your concerns and issues that you are currently experiencing with your cleaning contractor we will put a plan together that will address all of these issues for you. In addition we will design a bespoke cleaning programme that will fully satisfy your requirements.

By carrying out a site survey and asking you a few questions we will create and agree with you a bespoke cleaning specification. This specification will be designed individually for your business based on your requirements and your premises.

I am a busy person; how long will this take?
The survey time will depend on the size of your premises, but we need only a few minutes of your time to help us identify exactly what your needs are. Dependant on your internal security we can often survey the site with hardly any input from yourself.

How can I be sure I am getting the best cleaning for the best price?

I am worried about signing long term contracts. If I decide to use your services will I have to sign a long term contract?
Generally we find that when people experience our service this worry disappears. Normally we offer one year contracts, if a large investment in capital equipment is involved we would look enter into a term contract to balance the required level of investment.
