ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services has officially launched in North Devon, completing its UK network and adding a new region to its growing national presence.
The new business is led by investor Alexi Trevett, alongside General Manager and shareholder Alex Spiridon, bringing strong operational and logistics experience into the commercial cleaning sector.
A proven operational background
Alexi Trevett brings more than a decade of experience in logistics and operations to the business. He spent eight years at Parcel Connect as an Operations Manager before launching his own successful delivery company, ATMK Services, in 2020.
Alexi’s background in managing teams, maintaining service standards, and meeting tight schedules provides a strong foundation for building a reliable commercial cleaning business in North Devon.
Speaking about the launch, Alexi Trevett said:
“We’ve built our reputation on consistency and accountability in logistics. Bringing that same approach into commercial cleaning was a natural next step. There’s a clear demand in North Devon for a service that businesses can rely on day in, day out.”
Local leadership
The business will be run day-to-day by Alex Spiridon, who also joins as a shareholder. He has worked alongside Alexi at ATMK Services since 2021 and brings further operational experience from previous roles at Parcel Connect and To&Do Services.
His focus will centre on building local teams, maintaining service quality, and developing long-term client relationships across the region.
